The Office of Cannabis Management has yet to state a date when these licensees will be put before the board for final approval and allowed to commence operations.
In the meantime, the open dispensaries in Buffalo include Herbal IQ on Transit road in Depew, DANK 716 on Main st in the city, and Canterra, a delivery-only provider out of North Tonawanda that's looking to build a retail dispensary in the old first ward near the Seneca Creekside casino.
